Amarpur, 14th of January 2025 : With the initiative of Twima Kolok Moial of Jamatia Hoda 6th Kumajwk Tiyari Hangrai Ter 2025 has been conducted here in Kulabang in Amarpur, Gomati Tripura with great enthusiasm and zeal. On this (2 day long 13-14 January 2025) auspicious occasion thousands of pilgrims from different locations of the Jamatia community have assembled here in the event venue and participated in this religious programme with devotion. In presence of many distinguished dignitaries Sri Pulindra Jamatia (Hoda) has Inaugurated this pious fest where devotees were buzzing in the celebration.
On the bank of the Gomati river the fest has been appeared as a fascinating integration point of devotees. Whole night ritual religious activities, the constant sound of singing and dancing of the devotees have made the festival most attractive. The holy bath, prayer for deceased family members and immersion of ashes in the river Gomati in terrible cool was an extraordinary scene of the festival.
Addressing the devotees Sri Pulindra Jamatia, Hoda has said, “Kumajwk Tiyari Hangrai Ter 2025 has drawn more attention of the pilgrims. We have to approach towards to protect and promote our religious faith and holy places. Like this holy places are most important where people come with expectation and they sacrifice themselves to perform a lots of religious activities which take them in touch of almighty God as well as it is our inspiration for our divine goal.” Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Karnadata Jamatia, Moial secretary, Dolly Reang, EM, Rabitra Jamatia, Amarpur BAC chairman, Tejendra Jamatia, Moial advisor and many Jamatia social administrators remained present in the festival.
