71 BN CRPF OBSERVED 73rd Constitution Day with due respect and dignity. This significant Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas) marking the adoption of the constitution of India on 26th November 1949. The Constitution of India formally came into effect on 26th January 1950 which is celebrated as Republic day of India. The day is also celebrated in memory of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, who was the first Chairman of the drafting committee that drafted the Constitution of India. 71 Bn CRPF officials and Jawans have taken active part in this programme today on 26th Nov 2022, in a benefiting manner and the programme commemorated with oath-taking by Commandant Sh. Ram Palat along with all ranks and files. He exhorted the personnel to abide by the constitution and enlightened them about the fundamental duties as good citizens of the country.
