Amarpur, Tripura, 1st of February, 2026 : With the initiative of IPFT North Amarpur Division a one day seminar has been conducted here in Chechua community hall under Ampi Nagar block in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion a large number of indigenous IPFT activists from different VCs of Ampi block have assembled here in programme venue. Targeting the upcoming ADC election the divisional leaders have highlighted over many essential electoral issues of the organization.
Addressing the gathering Sindhu Chandra Jamatia has said, “The IPFT organization is the only genuine indigenous favoured political organization which is fully dedicated to struggle for the interest of the indigenous communities living in the TTAADC regions. To achieve our targeted goal Tipraland all indigenous communities must be cooperative with our organization.” Through this seminar the concerned authority has organized a joining programme too where quitting other parties 48 voters have come under the banner of the IPFT party on Saturday (31st January, 2026). The divisional president Braja Dayal Jamatia has welcomed these new faces with warm greetings and included them in the organization.
Amidst the other distinguished participants there were Sunil Debbarma, Mungiyakami BAC chairman, Binoy Kumar Jamatia, Ex. divisional president, Milan Devi Jamatia, IWFT central AGS, Maniram Kalai, MCC member of central committee and many others remained present in the event.
