Mumbai, Maharashtra, 27th of March 2026 : A delightful celebration of flavour and creativity unfolded in Mumbai as Mondelez India hosted a one-of-a-kind creator-led event titled ‘Every Way to Biscoff’. More than just a brand activation, the event turned into a vibrant celebration of India’s growing love for Lotus Biscoff and its iconic caramelised taste.

Home bakers, food creators, and influencers from across the country brought their imagination to life, presenting innovative Biscoff-inspired desserts. From a nationwide social media recipe challenge, 15 standout creations were selected and showcased live in Mumbai. Each dessert told its own story—whether it was cheesecakes, brownies, pancakes, or milkshakes, all infused with the irresistible Biscoff flavour.
The experience was elevated by the presence of celebrated names like Pooja Dhingra, renowned baking expert Shivesh Bhatia, and culinary creator Saloni Kukreja, who hosted the event. Through live tastings, interactive sessions, and engaging conversations, they highlighted that there is no single way to enjoy Biscoff—everyone has their own unique way.
Since its launch in India in November 2025, Biscoff has carved a special place from café culture to home kitchens. With the recent introduction of the Biscoff spread, consumers now have even more ways to indulge in the signature flavour at home.
