TTAADC Election : BJP 29-Point Manifesto or the TTAADC Election.

Agartala, Tripura, 8th of April, 2026 : The BJP 29-point manifesto, or Sankalp Patra for the TTAADC Election 2026.

1. Proper recognition will be given to Kokborok and all other tribal languages.
2. Village Committees will be formed democratically.
3. Steps will be taken to preserve the customary laws and traditions of tribal societies.
4. Handloom and handicraft training centres will be opened in every zone to economically empower tribal women.
5. A girls’ hostel will be established in every district of tribal areas.
6. In tribal areas, smart and modern office buildings will be developed in every Village Committee area.
7. Under the Pradhan Mantri Van Dhan Yojana systems the production, collection, packaging and marketing of forest produce will be strengthened for Improving tribal livelihood.
8. A medical college will be established in Dhalai district.
9. Nursing and Para Medical institute will be opened in Khumulwng
10. Self-Help Groups(SHGs) of tribal women will be strengthened and special initiatives will be taken to in crease the number of “Lakhpati Didi.”
11. Rural markets under the District Council area will be moderised.
12. Open spaces with proper shed and other civic facilities will be developed for community functions in different parts of ADC area.
13. A modern football academy will be set up in Khumulwng.
14. TTAADC will be renamed as Tripura Autonomous Territorial Council (TATC).
15. A Martial Arts Academy will be established in the TTAADC area.
16. Traditional tribal medicinal practices will be expanded, documented and scientifically developed.
17. Centres for tribal clothing and weaving will be established in every sub-zonal area.
18. The vision of a “drug-free Tripura” by the Hon’ble Chief Minister will be strictly implemented through ADC administration as well.
19. Training and marketing centres for bamboo products will be established in TAADC areas.
20. A master plan will be prepared for the development of Khumulwng.
21. Under the Chief Minister’s Rubber Mission, assistance currently being provided for rubber cultivation in ADC areas will be further extended.
22. Eligible beneficiaries will be pro-vided permanent houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
23. Everyone living in tin-roof houses will be provided houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
24. Financial, technical and develop-mental support (including seeds, fer-tilisers, etc.) will be provided to Jhumia families.
25. 25 Electrification of all households in Tribal areas shall be ensured.
26. Provision of piped drinking water supply including innovative schemes to every household will be ensured.
27. Solar lighting projects in TAADC areas will be implemented on large scale.
28. Boys and Girls under the ADC area will be provided with special skill training to avail job opportunities at national and international level.
29. Young entrepreneurs under the ADC area will be provided financial and other kinds of support to set up their own business ventures through Start Ups and others.
