Acting swiftly, Dharmanagar Police have achieved initial success in the investigation, arresting two accused based on a tip-off.
According to police sources, iron rods kept for construction work at the orphanage recently went missing under mysterious circumstances. Upon discovering the theft, the orphanage authorities lodged a complaint at the police station, prompting an immediate investigation.
Officer-in-Charge of Dharmanagar Police Station, Mina Debbarma, stated that acting on confidential information, the accused were apprehended from the Yakub Nagar area.
