Four KHG-Backed Startups Set To Redefine Affordable Treatment In India.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 23rd of April 2026 : In a significant move to make healthcare more accessible and affordable, the KHG Foundation has announced the selection of four cutting-edge health-tech startups for 2025–26. This initiative aims to ensure that advanced medical technologies are no longer confined to urban centers but reach the grassroots level across India, delivering cost-effective, non-surgical, and life-saving solutions to millions.

Highlighting the vision, Raghunath Mashelkar said, “Transformative science must serve the many. Delivering better solutions at lower costs for more people is the true essence of innovation.” The selected startups include Agatsya Software with its non-invasive diagnostic device, Remidio Innovative Solutions offering low-cost glaucoma detection, FastSense Innovations enabling rapid sepsis diagnosis, and Ayu Devices with its digital stethoscope solution.

According to Anil Gupta, these innovations prove that affordability and quality can go hand in hand. The foundation will support these startups with technical mentorship, capital, and market access.

The initiative is expected to strengthen the vision of Digital India and a healthier nation by expanding the reach and efficiency of healthcare services.
