New Delhi, Delhi, 4th of May, 2026 : In a step geared towards fostering collaboration between academia and the industry, HIFFIN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT), Noida.

The association looks at bringing students closer to industry practices and giving them exposure beyond classroom learning.
Accordingly, Hiffin plans to collaborate with AAFT to acquaint students with the processes involved in the actual creation and production of content. These sessions will provide practical knowledge of the creative process.
Workshops and interactive sessions will be part of this, along with training that helps students understand how the industry operates today. Students will also get access to tools and will have the opportunity to interact with professionals, which can help them get a clearer sense of real-world expectations.
Sharing his thoughts on this association, Mr. Vineet Sehgal, CEO, Hiffin said, “Collaborations like these open up new avenues for young talents by connecting them with industry professionals and broader networks. Their exposure at the right stage can play a key role in shaping career paths. This is why at Hiffin, we firmly believe that simply giving our customers access to top-of-the-line equipment is just the first step, as the real key to success is mentorship and industry engagement.”
He added, “By bridging the gap between raw potential and professional expertise, we are not just providing tools but also architecting a sustainable ecosystem where the next generation of visual storytellers can thrive and redefine the global creative standard.”
Mr. Sandeep Marwah, President, AAFT, also highlighted the relevance of such partnerships and said that building a stronger connection between education and industry has always been a focus area. He added that the collaboration with Hiffin will help students get practical exposure and understand what the industry expects today.
Both organisations are working with a shared focus on encouraging creativity and helping students build relevant skills. The goal here is to build a learning experience that will allow students to apply what they learn and get a feel of how it happens in the real world.

Hiffin will be pushing further into such ventures and working closely with educational establishments in the region over the next few months.
