Dharmanagar, Tripura, 6th of May 2026 : Tension continues to prevail in Dharmanagar of North Tripura following the unnatural death of BJP juva Morcha Mandal President and councillor Rahul Kishore Roy. In this context, juva Morcha State President and MLA from Bishalgarh, Sushanta Deb, visited the bereaved family at their residence on Wednesday.He spoke with the family members and assured them of full support. Along with expressing condolences, he strongly demanded a proper investigation into the incident and strict punishment for those found guilty.
It is noteworthy that the sudden death of Rahul Kishore Roy has already created widespread sensation in political circles. The Chief Minister of the state has also expressed grief over the incident and assured an impartial investigation.
Sushanta Deb stated that the incident is extremely unfortunate and that the BJP has lost a dedicated worker. He clearly said, “The truth must come out, and those responsible must be brought under the law and given exemplary punishment.” He further added that the party will always stand by the bereaved family and extend all possible assistance when needed.Meanwhile, political tension remains high in Dharmanagar, and various sections are raising strong demands for a swift and impartial investigation into the unnatural death of the youth leader.
