Youth Power For Viksit Bharat 2047 : Muslim Students And Youth Conclave Calls For Nationwide Movement Through Panch Parivartan.

New Delhi, Delhi, 7th of June, 2026 : The Student and Madrasa Prakosht of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) successfully organized the “Muslim Chhatra Evam Yuva Sammelan 2026” at the Speaker Hall, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. The national conclave brought together students, academicians, intellectuals, policymakers, social leaders, educators and youth representatives from across the country to deliberate on the theme “Participation of Students and Youth in Nation Building through Panch Parivartan.”

The conference highlighted the crucial role of young Indians in realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and emphasized Panch Parivartan as a practical roadmap for nation-building through Social Harmony, Environmental Protection, Self-Reliance through Indigenous Products, Civic Responsibility, and Family Awareness & Values.

The event witnessed vibrant discussions on education, leadership, entrepreneurship, skill development, employment, innovation, environmental stewardship, social cohesion, digital responsibility, constitutional values and national development. Speakers unanimously stressed that India’s future would be shaped not merely by economic growth and technological advancement but by the character, commitment, responsibility and constructive participation of its youth.

Panch Parivartan: A Framework for Youth-Led Nation Building

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Indresh Kumar, Margdarshak, Muslim Rashtriya Manch and Senior RSS Pracharak, said that the vision of a developed India cannot be achieved through government efforts alone and requires active citizen participation, particularly from the youth.

“The vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 cannot be achieved by governments alone; it requires the active participation of every citizen, especially the youth who represent India’s greatest strength. Panch Parivartan offers a practical framework for nation-building through social harmony, quality education, environmental responsibility, self-reliance, and active citizenship.”

He emphasized that education must go beyond degrees and employment opportunities and should nurture character, discipline, wisdom and a sense of responsibility towards society and the nation.

“India’s diversity is its strength, but our shared identity as human beings and citizens must always unite us above all differences. The life of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam reminds us that personal success and national service must go hand in hand.”

Highlighting environmental responsibility as a cornerstone of national development, he remarked:

“Our resolve should be simple: we will remain clean, we will not create dirt, and we will not allow our surroundings to become dirty. Swachhta, water conservation, tree plantation, waste management, and sustainable living are collective responsibilities towards future generations.”

He further urged young people to use social media and artificial intelligence responsibly to spread truth, harmony and constructive dialogue rather than misinformation and division.

Youth Must Become Stakeholders in National Progress

Delivering the keynote address, Prof. Shahid Akhtar, National Convenor, Muslim Rashtriya Manch and Executive Chairman, National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, said:

“The future of India will not be determined solely by economic growth, technological advancement, or infrastructure development. It will be shaped by the character, vision, and sense of responsibility of its youth.”

He emphasized that while religion, language, caste and region form part of India’s social fabric, the foremost identity of every citizen should be that of being Indian.

“When young people see themselves as stakeholders in the nation’s progress, they naturally become more responsible, constructive, and committed to the common good.”

Prof. Akhtar noted that education must build character, encourage critical thinking, nurture social responsibility and inspire service to society.

Referring to the legacy of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, he said:

“He showed us that personal success acquires greater meaning when it contributes to the progress of the nation.”

Addressing the challenges of the digital era, he urged youth to reject misinformation, hatred and divisive narratives and instead promote dialogue, innovation and social harmony.

“The vision of Panch Parivartan offers a practical roadmap for youth engagement through education, environmental stewardship, self-reliance, social harmony, and responsible citizenship. The path to Viksit Bharat 2047 begins with empowered youth who combine personal excellence with a deep commitment to national service.”

Education Must Create Responsible Citizens

Speaking on the role of educational institutions, Prof. Narendra Singh, Principal, Zakir Husain Delhi College, observed:

“Educational institutions must nurture not only knowledge but also character, values, and social responsibility. The true purpose of education is to prepare young people for meaningful citizenship and nation-building.”

He emphasized that students who rise above divisions and embrace empathy, respect and service become active contributors to social harmony and national development.

“As educators, our responsibility is to guide them towards knowledge, compassion, and leadership so they can build a stronger, more united India.”

Humanity and Shared Responsibility are the Foundations of Development

Addressing the gathering, Mohd. Afzal, National Convenor, Muslim Rashtriya Manch, emphasized that a developed India can only emerge from a society rooted in humanity and mutual respect.

“A strong and developed India can only be built on the foundation of humanity, mutual respect, and shared national responsibility. Before any other identity, we must recognize ourselves as human beings and proud citizens of India.”

He urged young people to become contributors rather than spectators.

“By rejecting hatred, violence, and divisive thinking, and by embracing cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and social harmony, we can become true ambassadors of Panch Parivartan and partners in realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.”

Reconnecting Society Through Values and Service

Speaking on social cohesion and family values, Girish Juyal, Sangathan Sanyojak, Muslim Rashtriya Manch, said:

“The foundation of Viksit Bharat 2047 lies not only in economic growth and technological advancement, but in strengthening human relationships, family values, and social harmony.”

Referring to India’s civilizational ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, he noted:

“Every small act of kindness, dialogue, and social responsibility contributes to a stronger, more united India. The journey towards a developed nation begins by reconnecting people with people and society with its shared purpose.”

Education Must Nurture Values Alongside Knowledge

Dr. Md. Shams Equbal, Director, National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL), highlighted the role of education in shaping responsible citizens.

“India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047 depends on the active participation of its youth. Education must go beyond academics to nurture values, character, and social responsibility.”

He added that the message of Panch Parivartan inspires young people to embrace service, harmony and nation-building and become the driving force behind a stronger, more inclusive and developed India.

Panch Parivartan Must Become a People’s Movement

Addressing the students, Dr. Imran Chaudhary, National Convenor, Student and Madrasa Prakosht, Muslim Rashtriya Manch, emphasized the transformative role of education and responsible leadership.

“The defining challenge for today’s youth is not their identity, but how they choose to understand and live it. While rigid thinking creates divisions, sincerity fosters knowledge, character, and humanity.”

He described education as the foundation of Panch Parivartan and urged young people to embrace truth, service and national responsibility.

“By embracing the values of truth, service, and national responsibility, youth can transform Panch Parivartan into a people’s movement and contribute meaningfully to the vision of a developed and united India.”

Meritorious Students Honoured for Academic Excellence

A special segment of the conclave was dedicated to recognizing academic excellence and encouraging educational achievement among young students. Meritorious students who successfully cleared their Board Examinations during the current academic year were felicitated with certificates and medals by the distinguished guests.

The dignitaries congratulated the awardees and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence while contributing positively to society and the nation. Speakers noted that academic achievement, character, discipline and social responsibility together form the foundation of future leadership and nation-building.

The felicitation ceremony was widely appreciated by participants and served as an inspiration for students to pursue excellence in education and public service.

The conclave concluded with a collective pledge by participants to actively promote the ideals of Panch Parivartan in their educational institutions, communities and social networks.
