Mumbai, Maharashtra, 13th of August, 2026 : Horizon Industrial Parks Limited, a key player in India’s rapidly expanding industrial and logistics infrastructure sector, is set to make a major move in the stock market. The company’s ₹2,600-crore IPO will open on August 17, 2026, and close on August 19. The price band has been fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per equity share, with investors required to bid for a minimum of 250 shares. The IPO comprises entirely of a fresh issue.
Notably, ahead of filing its DRHP in December 2025, the company had raised ₹1,650 crore through a private placement, with participation from investors including 360 ONE, SBI Life and Radhakishan Damani.

Ashish Mohata, Head of Real Estate, India, at Blackstone, described it as India’s first industrial and logistics-focused IPO. According to him, Horizon is playing an important role in the country’s industrial growth through its high-quality assets and large corporate tenants.
Horizon CEO Urvish Rambhia said that over the past six years, the company has grown into India’s largest industrial and logistics platform. Bidding for anchor investors will open on August 14.
