Festivals Encourage People To Work As A Team: Governor Of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu.

Agartala, Tripura, 15th of September, 2026 : Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu graced the Ganesh Puja organized by the Siddhi Binayak Welfare Society at Matabari in Udaipur in the evening today. Addressing the gathering, Governor Nallu noted that festivals provide a platform where people from different sections of society come together and celebrate in a spirit of unity and harmony. The Governor further said that festivals also encourage people to work as a team and help develop leadership qualities, particularly among the younger generation. He called upon people, particularly young citizens, to remain alert and stay away from drugs and other forms of addiction.

The Governor also handed over financial assistance, collected by Siddhi Binayak Social Welfare Society, to the parents of Snehasis Das for his medical treatment. In addition, the Governor distributed prizes and certificates to the children who secured positions in the Sit-and-Draw Competition. MLA Abhishek Debroy, social worker Bipin Debbarma and other dignitaries were present at the programme.
