Mumbai, Maharashtra, 16th of September, 2026 : The arrival of the Sai Baba Peace Torch in Tapah, Malaysia, turned into an emotional celebration of humanity, peace and brotherhood, going far beyond a spiritual gathering. More than 500 devotees participated in the event organised by the Shirdi Sai Baba Peace Foundation. The presence of Indian Deputy High Commissioner Hitesh Rajpal and Malaysian Minister Dato’ Sivakrishnan Sivaraman added special significance to the ceremony.
As the Peace Torch reached the devotees, many came forward to touch it and hold it in their hands. Some devotees were also seen with tears in their eyes. The deeply moving moment became a symbol of how the language of peace transcends every border.

Aushim Khetrapal (Aushimji), head of the Foundation, said, “This torch does not belong to any one religion or country; it belongs to all of humanity. Before anything else, we are human beings.”
He further said, “Peace is not merely an idea; it is a feeling. Humanity needs neither a passport, nor a religion, nor a single language.” Moving forward with the spirit of ‘Spirituality is Humanity’, the Sai Baba Peace Torch is also carrying a message of spiritual and cultural friendship between India and Malaysia.
