DWS Division Belonia Organized Exposure Visit For Students.           

Amarpur, Tripura, 26th of September 2026 : Aiming to promote practical general knowledge over the implementation of ICE activities at ground level under JJM 2.O DWS Division Belonia has conducted exposure visit of students where a large number of school students, teachers and other dignitaries have taken participation with great interest.

As a  part of  exposure visit for students in Implementation of IEC activities in ground level under JJM 2.0, students have visited the 0.30MGD Capacity SWTP, Barpathari under the guidance of SPMU Team, DWS Sub-Division Barpathari, Rig-Subdivision Belonia under DWS Division Belonia. As per the the report, a group of students from Vidyapith H.S School, Belonia and Barpathari H.S School  have been provided practical exposer to various aspects of water quality testing at the District Water Quality Testing Laboratory (NABL accredited) South Tripura District attached to the 1.00MGD Capacity SWTP, Belonia under DWS Division  Belonia.

Through the proper guidance and cooperation of the concerned departmental officials the students have acquired many essential conceptions over different types of machanism and technical application. Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Er. Bijan Debbarma, EE, Er. Pranay Majumdar, AE, Er. Asish Dey, AE, Mr. Sujit Debbarma, district IEC consultant and hygiene from Barpathari DWS Sub-Division, Er. Diptanu Choudhury, AE. from DWS Sub-Division Belonia, Er. Ashi Mohan Jamatia, AE, from Rig Sub-Division, Er. Partha Roy, AE, from the SPMU, DWS HQ Tripura, Er. Mis. Paramita Ghosh, Er. Ayan Datta and many other dignitaries remained present in the event.
