Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of October, 2026 : The Department of Business Administration, Holy Cross College, Agartala, organised Management Conclave 3.0 on 29th and 30th September 2026. The conclave was organised in association with Longtharai Agartala (Annada Spices Industry), Agartala Pet World & Vet Clinic, and South Indian Bank, Agartala. The two-day programme brought together resource persons from academia, the Reserve Bank of India, banking and entrepreneurship. Students also participated in an advertisement-making competition, cultural performances and an Entrepreneurship and Cultural Food Fest.
The conclave opened with a welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Fr. Benny K. John, CSC. Dr. Shaon Ray Chaudhuri, Professor, addressed the inaugural session as Chief Guest.
In a session with officials from the Reserve Bank of India, Mr. Surendra Nidar, General Manager and Officer-in-Charge, RBI Agartala, spoke on “Demystifying Reserve Bank of India”. He explained the RBI’s responsibilities in monetary policy, currency management, financial regulation and payment systems. Ms. Kalpita Behera presented “A Career with the Central Bank”, introducing students to the RBI’s work culture, career opportunities and recruitment process. Mr. Birat Dutta Bhowmik, Branch Manager, IndusInd Bank, addressed a session on the first day.

On the second day, entrepreneur Mr. Soumyodeb Bhattacharjee interacted with the students. Ms. Deloris Darlong introduced the advertisement-making competition, in which students showcased their creativity and advertising skills. Mr. Bhattacharjee, along with Mr. Adong Jamatia and Mr. Mithun Debbarma, prominent personalities from the fashion and film industry, judged the competition. Mr. Jamatia and Mr. Debbarma also addressed the gathering, sharing insights from their professional experiences.
The programme concluded with a student-led Entrepreneurship and Cultural Food Fest. Vibrant song and dance performances by student groups added colour and energy to the two-day conclave.

Management Conclave 3.0 gave students opportunities to hear from professionals, connect classroom concepts with real life scenario and present their own ideas. The Department of Business Administration thanked the resource persons, college administration, faculty, staff, organising team and students for their contributions to the programme.
