Jai Raj Ispat Sets New Operational Benchmark With Highest Single-Day Blast Furnace Production Of 1,801 Tons.

KURNOOL, 22nd of October, 2026 : Jai Raj Ispat Limited, one of Asia’s premier primary TMT steel manufacturers, has established a new operational benchmark by achieving its highest single-day blast furnace production of 1,801 tons, alongside a record productivity rate of 4.74 MT/m³.

Remarkably, this achievement breaks a production record set just one day prior. The facility recorded a then-record output of 1,750 tons with a productivity of 4.61 MT/m³. By surpassing its own benchmark within 24 hours, Jai Raj Ispat demonstrated an overnight output increase of 51 tons and a productivity improvement of 0.13 MT/m³.

Blast furnace productivity, which measures output in relation to the furnace’s working volume, serves as a critical indicator of operational efficiency. This simultaneous and rapid increase in both output and productivity underscores the plant’s optimized performance capabilities and the organization’s relentless focus on continuous improvement.
