Mumbai, Maharashtra, 6th of November, 2026 : Marking a new chapter in the global expansion of Indian industry, IPO-bound Sarva Foam Industries Limited has announced an ambitious investment plan of £6 million in Scotland to establish a new manufacturing facility. This investment will mark the first phase of the company’s proposed expansion in Scotland and is expected to strengthen its presence in international markets.
The announcement was also welcomed by Scotland’s First Minister, John Swinney, who visited Sarva Foam’s office, where the company’s investment initiative received a positive response.
The company’s move is not merely aimed at increasing production capacity but is also part of a broader strategy to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and supply chain across Europe. The initiative is designed to mitigate risks arising from geopolitical uncertainties, supply chain disruptions and rising transportation costs.
The company’s strategic message is clear: “Strong local manufacturing capabilities and reliable supply chains are essential to remaining competitive in global markets.”

The investment is expected to create opportunities to improve operational efficiency, exercise better cost control and expand business operations in markets beyond India. Significantly, the project could also give fresh momentum to industrial cooperation and economic ties between India and Scotland.
Sarva Foam’s initiative is emerging as an important example of the growing global ambitions of Indian companies and their efforts to establish a stronger identity on the international business landscape.
