As per direction of the Election Commission of India the State GST (Taxes Organization) is conducting raids/checking of vehicles to curb evasion of tax on daily basis. As per report, the State GST (Taxes Organization) detected 02 (two) nos. of evasion cases amounting to Rs. 88,000/- on 12th February, 2023 throughout the State.
After announcement of poll, the State GST (Taxes Organization) detected 98 nos. of evasion cases amounting to Rs. 2,81,78,289/- w.e.f. 18-01-2023 to 12-02-2023 throughout the State.
