State Excise Organization Raids.

As per direction of the Election commission of India the State Excise Organization is conducting raids to curb illicit liquor selling, manufacturing and transportation on daily basis. As per report, the Excise Organization seized 741.595 litres of illicit liquor on 14-02-2023 throughout the State which value stands to Rs.2,12,738/-. 3 cases have been registered for violation of Excise Law.

After date of announcement of poll i.e. on 18-01-2023 upto 14-02-2023, the State Excise Organization seized total 75608.533 litres of illicit liquor  and 1250.700 kg of cannabis which value stands to total Rs.2,57,56,137/-and total cases registered 56 nos. and total 19 nos. persons arrested.
