Agartala, 28th of December 2023 : Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha paid last tribute to Veteran politician, MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under 7-Ramnagar Assembly Constituency and Former Cabinet Minister of Government of Tripura Surajit Datta at Secretariat, Agartala on Thursday (28th December, 2023). MLA Surajit Datta breathed his last during treatment at a hospital in Kolkata on last night. He was 69 years old.
Hon’ble Power, Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Hon’ble Finance, Planning & Coordination, Information Technology Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Leaders of the Opposition Party Animesh Debbarma, MLA Sudip Roy Barman, other ministers, MLAs also paid last tributes to MLA and former minister Surajit Datta.
