Agartala, 14th of January 2024 : Targeting to create Tripura a drug free state anti drug campaign is unabated till the date. On 14th January 2024 a joint anti ganja cultivation operation was launched at Bishram bari area under Police Station Jirania by a joint troops of E/71 Bn. CRPF and Jirania police. The troops succeeded to destroy about 400 ganja plants. More such operation will be likely to be launched in upcoming days. The operation was supervised by Sh. Manoj Kumar Bunkar, Assistant Commandant E/71Bn, CRPF and Insp. Himadari Sarkar, OC PS Jirania. This ganja plantation destruction will certainly help to make Tripura a ganja free state.
