Teliamura, 26th of February 2024 : Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has inaugurated the Tertiary Waste Treatment Plant & Electric Crematorium at Baralunga, Tuichindrai Gram Panchayat & Netaji Nagar, Ward No-8, Teliamura subdivision under Khowai District on Monday, (26th February, 2024).
In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has inaugurated Electric crematorium by cutting the ribbon at Netaji Nagar, Ward No-8, Teliamura. According to the reports, the allocation for this is 1 crore 18 lakh rupees. Afterwards the Chief Minister has inaugurated Tertiary waste treatment plant at Baralunga Tuichindrai Gram Panchayat, Teliamura under Khowai District. According to the reports, the allocation for this is about 1crore 50 lakh rupees. Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the Chief Minister said the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is working on various projects for the overall development of the people of the country, the way the State Government and the Central Government, the double engine Government has continued to work, will continue in the coming days.
Hon’ble Chief Whip of Tripura Legislative Assembly and MLA Kalyani Roy, Khowai District Magistrate & Collector Chandni Chandran, Teliamura Municipal Chairman Rupak Sarkar, Madhusudan Roy, Vice Chairman of Teliamura Municipal Council, officials and many other dignitaries were present in the inauguration ceremony.
