Agartala, 29th of May, 2024 : Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday (29th May, 2024) felicitated Dipa Karmakar after winning the Gold medal at Asian Gymnastics Championships at Tashkent, Uzbekistan at Chief Minister official chamber in Agartala on Wednesday (29th May, 2024). The Chief Minister also felicitated her coach Bishweshwar Nandi.
Tripura’s Dipa Karmakar scripted history by winning the gold medal in the women’s vault apparatus at the Asian Gymnastics Championships 2024 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Sunday (26th May,2024). Dipa Karmakar scored an average of 13.566 in the vault final on the final day of competition in Uzbekistan.
