Awareness Program On NSP, BMS, CHESTA, COTPA World Environment Issues & Issues Related To Students.

Teliamura, 5th of July 2024 : With the initiative of Office of the Sub-Divisional Welfare officer, Teliamura Awareness Program on NSP, BMS, CHESTA, COTPA World Environment Issues has been organized at Aswini Kumar Smriti Community Hall, Netajinagar, Teliamura on Friday (5th July, 2024). In the presence of many dignitaries Khowai District Magistrate & Collector, Chandni Chandran has inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

Khowai District Magistrate & Collector, Chandni Chandran valuable speeches on the issue of CHESTA (Child Marriage Elimination through Sensitization, Tracking and Awareness) and Tobacco Control Act (COTPA) laws in the chief guest’s speech on this day’s occasion.

In today’s programme apart from the Khowai District Magistrate & Collector, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sirshendu Debbarma, Additional Sub-Divisional Magistrate Apurba Krishna Chakraborty, DCM Saurabh Das, officials  and many other dignitaries were present in the programme. A large number of students have assembled in the programme venue and took participation in this event. Moreover, the guests present at this event gave saplings to the students and teachers from different schools.
