Agartala, Tripura, 1st of November, 2024 : BSF, on a specific information, today carried out an operation at Karbook and apprehended two Rohingyas infiltrators from Karbook bus stand. The operation was carried out successfully by the BSF troops of BOP Bhatiabari under Gomati District. Those two infiltrators were planning to exfiltrate from Bangladesh, they said during the preliminary interrogation. A BSF press statement said this here today.
BSF statement further said that both the apprehended Rohingya migrants are residents of Rohingya refugee Camp located in Cox Bazar, Bangladesh. Indian currency, mobile and UNHCR card recovered from their possession.
