IG BSF Celebrates Deepawali With Bordermen On Borders.

Agartala, Tripura, 1st of November, 2024 : To celebrate Deepawali, Sh. Patel Piyush Purushottam Das, IPS, IG BSF of Tripura Frontier visited the Bhagalpur and Mohanpur border outposts in West Tripura district on Thursday. He also interacted with the jawans to boost the morale of troops deployed on the Indo-Bangla international border. A press statement from BSF, Tripura frontier said this.  

On the occasion of Deepotsava cum Prahari Sammelan, IG BSF conveyed his wishes for a prosperous and Happy Deepawali with healthy life to all bordermen and their families.  

Shri Purushottam Das, IG BSF also lauded the tireless efforts taken by BSF soldiers in the security of the nation.He emphasised to maintain good health and shared useful tips for a happy family life.   

Shri Paramjit Singh Nagra ,DIG Sector Headquarter BSF Teliamura, Shri Neeraj Jaamwal, Commandant 104 Bn BSF and Shri Ajay Kumar, Commandant 42 Bn BSF greeted IG BSF at BOP Mohanpur and BOP Bhagalpur respectively.
