According to sources, the extension officer, Nelson Reang, is collecting money from a large number of people in the entire southern district in the name of giving loans. And the senior authorities are not taking any action despite hundreds of complaints against him. The complainants have started saying that they are not giving loans even with bribes of Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000.
