Khowai, Tripura, 12th of December, 2024 : With the initiative of NSS Unit of Dasaratha Deb Memorial College has been conducted Mega Blood Donation Camp at College campus, Khowai on Thursday (12th December, 2024). In the presence of many dignitaries Sabhadhipati of Khowai Zilla Parishad Aparna Singh Roy (Datta) inaugurated the Blood Donation Camp by lighting the lamp.
Addressing the huge gathering Sabhadhipati of Khowai Zilla Parishad Aparna Singh Roy (Datta) urged the students to engage in social and national work along with their studies. Rajib Das program officer of the college’s NSS unit delivered the welcome speech on the occasion. According to the information received, a total of 14 blood donors donated blood in the camp.
Amidst the other distinguished dignitaries there were principal of Khowai Dasaratha Deb Memorial College Dr. Khokon Majumdar, secretary of the college’s teacher council, Dr. Baburam Swami, Dr. Arindam Debbarma, Doctor, Khowai District Hospital, and many others dignitaries were remained present in the programme.
