All India Imams Council Tripura Held A Press Conference.

All India Imams Council Tripura on today (28th October, 2021) held a Press Conference at Chandrapur, Agartala. During the last Durga Puja, the Quran was placed at the feet of a Idol inside a Durga Puja pandal in Comilla district, Bangladesh. Several instances of vandalism at Durga Puja pandals and attacks on temples, in the last few days in Bangladesh following communal tension in Chattogram over an alleged incident of besmirching the Quran. Homes and temples of Hindus have been burnt down. All India Imam Council Tripura strongly protest against the persecution of the Hindu minority in Bangladesh. The persecution of the Hindu minority in Bangladesh has recently taken place in various parts of the state of Tripura. All India Imam Council Tripura, strongly condemn these incidents and urge for the peace and prosperity of the state. All India Imam Council Tripura thanked the state government for providing security to various mosques in the state.
