Agartala, Tripura, 1st of March, 2025 : The Border Security Force (BSF) conducted several operations along the Indo-Bangladesh border, resulting in apprehension of three Bangladeshi.
On 1st March 2025, at about 1000 hrs, on specific information, vigilant BSF troops conducted special operation in North Tripura and apprehended two Bangladeshi nationals. Apprehended Bagladeshi Nationals are resident of Chattogram in Bangladesh.
In another operation, on 1st March 2025, at about 1114 hrs, acting on specific information, alert BSF troops of Border out post Mohanpur under PS Mohanpur, West Tripura apprehended one Bangladeshi while he was attempting to infiltrate into India by crossing International border. The Bangladeshi National is a resident of Sanpalgunj village under Habiganj, Bangladesh.
These operations underscore the BSF’s commitment in maintaining the security, preventing illegal infiltration and trans border crime along the Indo Bangladesh international border.
