Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of April 2025 : Deep condolences were expressed on the death of former MLA Jhumu Sarkar in the Assembly Budget Session 2025-26 on the 7th day at Tripura Legislative Assembly, Agartala, Tripura on Tuesday (1st April, 2025). Hon’ble Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen recalled various aspects of the life of the late former MLA and expressed condolences to his family and relatives. At the end, the members of the assembly stood and observed a 2-minute silence to pay tribute to the late former MLA.
