New Delhi, Delhi, 14th of May, 2025 : Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai is took oath as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India at 1000 hrs in the Ganatantra Mandap, Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday (14th May, 2025). Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office to Hon’ble Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai oath as a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vice-President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, senior officials and many other distinguished dignitaries were present in the taking oath ceremony.
