Sonamura, Tripura, 28th of July 2025 : On the basis of secret information Sonamura police conducted raid and searched in the deep Forest of Dhanirampur area in Sonamura on Monday (28th July, 2025) night. According to the information received, Sonamura police seized a total approximately 386Kg dry cannabis (ganja). Destination market value of the seized cannabis approx ₹ 77,20,000 (Seventy-seven lakh twenty thousand). After that seized it after observing all legal formalities as unclaimed. And Sonamura police station has started an investigation as to who could be the owner of these illegal ganja.
