“Mukhyamantri Samipeshu” Weekly Public Interaction Programme Of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.

Agartala, Tripura, 31st of July 2025 : Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme the weekly public interaction programme of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. The Chief Minister interacted with the common people about their issues and difficulties.

As the part, the Chief Minister’s weekly programme “Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ on Wednesday (30th July, 2025), people of different profession in the State attended the programme. They spoke with the Chief Minister regarding their problems seeking assistance on various aspects such as medical treatment, financial assistant, education etc. Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha patiently listened to each of them and directed officials and Secretaries of concerned departments to take the necessary initiatives. Like other days today also the chief minister, in his official residence, listened to the grievances and complaints of people coming from different corners of the state. None of the visitors went back disappointed as the chief minister offered his support in one way or the other.

There are plenty of healthcare resources available in the state at the moment, including super-specialty care. We must get out of the tendency to get treatment outside the state. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has urged those seeking assistance through the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme to avail the advanced medical facilities already present in the state.

On the occasion of the 50th session of the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme held at the Chief Minister’s official residence, Chief Minister directly interacted with people facing various issues. After listening to the concerns of citizens coming from different parts of the state regarding healthcare, employment, and more the Chief Minister took necessary initiatives to provide remedy to their problems. Ratnabala Pal from Rajnagar, Belonia, appealed for help for the treatment of her ailing son, he is currently undergoing treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. The Chief Minister immediately gave necessary instruction to assist in her son. When seriously ill Sanjay Pal from Teliamura, sought help for his own medical treatment, the Chief Minister instructed the Medical Superintendent of GBP Hospital to take prompt action. Abhijit Laskar from Sabroom Manu Bazar came seeking help for eye treatment, and after hearing his case, the Chief Minister responded positively to support his treatment too. Also, Mousumi Sarkar from Badharghat, Basanti Bhowmik from Bordowali, and several others spoke to the Chief Minister and were assured with solutions to their problems.

Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were the Chief Minister’s Secretary Dr. P. K. Chakraborty, Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department Kiran Gitte, Secretary of the Social Welfare and Social Education Department Tapas Roy, Director of the Health Department Dr. Tapan Majumder, Medical Superintendent of GBP Hospital Dr. Shankar Chakraborty, Medical Superintendent of IGM Hospital Dr. Debasri Debbarma and Medical Superintendent of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Cancer Hospital Dr. Shiromani Debbarma, among others.
