These initiatives aim to strengthen the capacities of Producer Groups (PGs), facilitate market linkages, and enhance ground-level implementation through participatory planning and focused discussions.

On 1st August 2025, members of Janardhanpara Vegetable PG successfully sold Ash Gourds at the TRESP stall during a block-level program. The total sale value amounted to ₹1500. Notably, the PG office for Janardhanpara has also been set up by the block team, further enabling institutional strengthening at the grassroots.

A parallel meeting was held at Apanjan VO, Laljuri BPMU, involving members of Ganga PG and Jamuna PG (Fishery) . The discussion focused on the procurement of initial inputs and modalities for fund disbursement, enabling the PGs to prepare for the upcoming implementation phase.

Simultaneously, a GIS-based land survey was carried out for the field of a progressive farmer from Tlangsang Ginger PG, in the presence of BPM and TSA staff. This initiative aims to integrate spatial data into planning for better crop productivity and tracking.
Another important session was conducted for Kabita PG (Agriculture) and also at Apanjan VO, where members discussed crop damage issues due to adverse weather. The PG expressed their concerns and sought advisory support for recovery planning.

The PG stall was officially inaugurated by Shri Tinku Roy, Hon’ble Minister of Sports & Youth Affairs, and Smt. Santana Chakma, Hon’ble Minister of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tripura, in the presence of the District Magistrate & Collector of North Tripura. Additionally, a fruitful district-level coordination meeting was held on 28th July with the Deputy Director of Agriculture (DDA), Deputy Director of Horticulture (DDH), and three Assistant Directors. Valuable instructions and suggestions were shared with the TRESP teams and were positively received.
