Ampi, Tripura, 8th of August 2025 : With the initiative of Ampi nagar Higher Secondary School authority 79th Independence Day 2025 celebration event has been conducted here in school premises with patriotic fervour and solemnity. On this auspicious occasion a large number of teachers and students have assembled here in the event venue and took participation in the celebration. To tribute the countless freedom fighters who bravely fought for Indian independence a large rally of school students and teachers has marched on road and showcased the sovereignty of the country. Addressing the school students the incharge of the institution Khandabi Kalai has said, “Independence Day is a tribute to those great patriots who bravely dedicated their lives for India’s independence, enduring hardships and making immense sacrifices.
The day signifies the end of British colonial rule and the dawn of a new era for India, where the country took control of its own destiny.
