Agartala, Tripura, 24th of August 2025 : With the initiative of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya organized Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Aralia, Agartala, Tripura on Sunday (24th August, 2025). In the presence of many distinguished dignitaries Hon’ble SC Welfare, ARD, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das has inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
Addressing at the inaugural ceremony of Voluntary Blood Donation Camp Hon’ble SC Welfare, ARD, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das said that Blood donation is a great gift. Science has advanced far in modern civilization. Human life has been enriched with new discoveries. But the alternative to blood has not been discovered yet. Therefore, to save human life, we have to depend only on humans for blood. The Fisheries Minister appealed to everyone to come forward to donate blood voluntarily.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were West Tripura District Magistrate and Collector Dr. Vishal Kumar, eminent Journalist and Chief Editor of Syandan Patrika & Syandan TV Subal Kumar Dey, Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya Senior Convenor B. K. Monika Behenji, B. K. Shankarananda, B. K. Kalpana and many other distinguished dignitaries were present in the event. According to the report total of 73 blood donors donated blood in the camp.
