Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh/Agartala, Tripura, 7th of September, 2025 : Two-day (6th and 7th September, 2025) National Executive Meet of National Union of Journalists (India) organized by Journalists Association of Andhra Pradesh at Hotel ILapuram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on Saturday (6th September, 2025). In the presence of many dignitaries Suresh Sharma, President of the National Union of Journalists (India) inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.
The members of National Union Of Journalists (India) organization have taken participation in this meeting where many organizational issues. Various demands and issues of journalists from different States were discussed in the meeting.
In this National Executive Meeting, the President and General Secretary of the Journalists Association of Tripura have submitted the demands of the journalists of the State who have been deprived of various facilities in Tripura for a long time to the central leadership. The central leadership has said that the Governor will be informed about the issues. The central leadership also added that, the demands will be fulfilled of the journalists of the State who have been deprived for a long time.
Journalists from Tripura, President of Journalists Association of Tripura Bikram Karmakar, General Secretary of Journalists Association of Tripura Mithun Acharjee participated in the executive meeting. In Two-day National Executive Meet apart from the Suresh Sharma, President of the National Union of Journalists (India), different state members of the National Union Of Journalists (India) and many other distinguished dignitaries were present in the executive meeting.
