Fatikroy, Tripura, 7th of September, 2025 : With the initiative of SC Welfare, ARD, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das 64th Teachers’ Day celebration has been conducted under Fatikroy Assembly Constituency at Nazrul Kalakshetra, Fatikroy, Tripura on Sunday (7th September, 2025). In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble SC Welfare, ARD, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
On this auspicious occasion teachers, dignitaries have assembled in the programme venue and observed the 64th birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan with due respect and dignity. Minister Sudhangshu Das and present guests paid floral tributes to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birth Anniversary.
Addressing at the ceremony of 64th Teachers’ Day Hon’ble SC Welfare, ARD, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das said that The personality of Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan always inspires us. The second President and Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was a great educationist and philosopher of India. His birth anniversary is celebrated as National Teachers’ Day across the country. We have gathered here today to celebrate this great Teachers’ Day.” The Minister also added that Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan said that teachers are those who teach us to think for ourselves. If we evaluate his entire life, we will see that his personality always inspires and encourages us.
Artists performed their traditional cultural programs likes dance, song etc. to beautify the ceremony. Locals and eminent teachers’ have highly appreciated the philanthropic initiative of the minister Sudhangshu Das and thanked him.
