Khowai, Tripura, 13th of September, 2025 : On specific information of the Women’s Police secret operation was launched in Gouranga Tilla, Khowai, Tripura on Saturday (13th September, 2025). Women’s Police achieved a significant success in an anti-narcotics operation, seizing a large quantity of foreign liquor.
According to sources, a large quantity of foreign liquor was seized from the house of a man namely Aman Debbarma in the Gouranga Tilla area under Khowai Sub-division at around 12 noon. Based on secret information, the police learned that there was a large quantity of foreign liquor in Aman Debbarma’s house.
As usual, today, the police of the Women’s police personnel conducted a raid and seized 55 bottles of various types of foreign liquor. The police could not arrest Aman Debbarma. Interacted with the media, the OC of the Women’s Police Station, Mina Debbarma said that such raids will continue in the coming days as well.
