Third Day Of Combined Annual Training Camp For NCC Cadets.

Agartala, Tripura, 24th of October, 2025 : The third day of CATC-145 began with an energetic PT session, where cadets participated actively, showing enthusiasm and discipline.

After breakfast, a Drill class was conducted by Hav. Sonam Bhutiya, focusing on precision, coordination, and uniformity in movements.

During the day, the Best Cadet Selection (CWS) written exam and the RDC 2027 selection, which included drill, interview, and written tests, were also conducted, allowing cadets to demonstrate their skills, confidence, and overall potential.

This was followed by a Weapon Training (WT) class taken by Hav. Rajen Rai, where cadets were introduced to the basic parts, handling, and safety measures of weapons.

In the afternoon session, a Tent Pitching class was conducted by Hav. Sunil Kalikote, giving cadets hands-on experience in setting up field tents and developing teamwork.

Later, a session on Environmental Awareness was conducted by CTO Suraj Chakraborty, highlighting the importance of conservation and sustainable practices.

This was followed by an FCBC class conducted by Hav. Pemba Bhutiya, which further enhanced the cadets’ understanding of field craft and battle craft. In the evening, JDFS activities were conducted by Hav. Sunil Kalikote under the supervision of Hav. Ranjan Nath, testing the cadets’ practical knowledge, alertness, and teamwork.
