BSF Apprehends  03 BD Nationals  &  Seized 168 Kg Ganja.

Agartala, Tripura, 8th of November, 2025 : On 07th November 2025, in a successful operation against narcotics smuggling, the Border Security Force (BSF), Tripura in a joint operation with PS PR Bari in the presence of Deputy collector and Magistrate Belonia carried out house search in an Indian village Uttar Awasthipara, Dakshin Krishnapur, Radhanagar under PS P R Bari, dist South Tripura and seized 168 kg Ganja.

Based on specific intelligence inputs, on 07th November 2025, BSF troops apprehended 03 Bangladeshi nationals from Indian village Megliband, Katlamura, under PS Sidhai, Sub- division Mohanpur, dist West Tripura while they were planning to e x-filtrate to Bangladesh.

This successful joint operation once again underscores BSF’s firm commitment to curb trans border crime and drug trafficking in the state of Tripura in coordination with sister agencies.
