Thieves Attack Four Shops On The Same Night.

Amarpur, Tripura, 28th of November, 2025 : Thieves attacked four shops in the Amarpur Motor Stand area in Amarpur under the Birganj Police Station on Wednesday (26th November, 2025) night. Thieves attacked four shops in the dark of night and stole cash and goods.  

According to the incident report, on the opposite side of the Motor Stand bus terminal, a group of thieves broke the back doors of four shops under the dark of night and carried out the thefts. Later, when the shop owners came to open their shops on Thursday morning, they found the goods scattered around along with the cash boxes. The police of Birganj police station came to the spot. Meanwhile, following the incident, panic spread among the surrounding shopkeepers.
