Sonamura, Tripura, 3rd of December, 2025 : On specific information of the Sonamura Police today (3rd December, 2025) arrested one accused for minor girl harassment.
According to report, Early this morning, based on secret information, an accused person was arrested from Noabadi Amtali under Budhjung Nagar Police Station. His name is Jahar Miah (52) S/o-Lt. Ali Nowaj, of Tamsabari , Uttar , Sepahijala District, Tripura.
1 December 2025, in the evening, a case was registered against him at Sonamura Police Station under the new BNS sections and the POCSO Act, in connection with an attempt to harassment a minor girl and to commit an immoral act. Today, he will be produced the Court
