Sabroom, Tripura, 11th of December, 2025 : Pritam Debnath, Block Development Officer, Rupaicahari RD Block chaired a review meeting on the ongoing and upcoming development work of the Rupaicahari RD Block at Block Development office, Rupaicahari RD Block under South Tripura District on Thursday (11th December, 2025. Detailed discussions were held regarding the progress and implementation of various projects in the block.
Officials presented various plans to make the activities of the REGA (MGNREGA) project more progressive in the coming days. Emphasis was also placed on ensuring transparency in works, timely payment of wages, and the adoption of new projects.
At the meeting also included extensive discussions on awareness regarding ABHA cards (ABHA ID) and the inclusion of beneficiaries. A decision was taken to implement more effective initiatives in all Gram Panchayats of the block to ensure the reach of digital facilities in healthcare services.”
Officials also exchanged views on how to further enhance the pace of works such as roads, irrigation systems, drinking water projects, development of educational institutions, and other public welfare activities. The meeting conveyed the message of prioritizing the integrated development of the entire block and undertaking more effective action plans in the coming days.
In today’s crucial meeting apart from the Pritam Debnath, Block Development Officer, Rupaicahari RD Block, BSC Chairperson Rakhi Tripura, officials of Rupaicahari RD Block and many others remained present in the meeting.
