Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Sugata Mitra, MASTI was created to show children new ways of learning. For the past two years, it has provided a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where children are encouraged to explore their curiosity and develop a passion for discovery. The center has become a beacon of hope and a model for holistic education, preserving cultural heritage while preparing children for the future. Students at MASTI immerse themselves in traditional arts such as Kuchipudi dance, Carnatic music, and painting, while also gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like AI, robotics, and coding.

This celebration is a tribute to the collective effort of the artists, educators, dedicated volunteers, and generous supporters who have been instrumental in MASTI’s growth and success. Under the leadership of Navin Kumar Barpathi, who runs the foundation, their commitment has enabled the center to create a lasting impact on the lives of children and their communities.

“MASTI was built on the premise that children learn on their own when provided with the right tools and mentorship,” said Santosh Kaveti, CEO of ProArch and a Founding Member of MASTI. “We believe every child has an innate curiosity and drive to learn. Our role is to provide the environment, resources, and guidance that allow this natural ability to flourish. By integrating our rich cultural traditions with the tools of the future, we are not just educating children; we are building the future of India by nurturing the next generation of thinkers, innovators, artists, and leaders. We are incredibly proud of what our students have achieved in just two years.”

To date, MASTI has directly impacted the lives of over 180 children. Currently, 83 children are enrolled in specialized courses including Piano, Kuchipudi Dance, Freestyle Dance, Painting, and Carnatic Singing. Additionally, more than 100 children have benefited from supplementary programs such as financial literacy workshops (Money Matters), health and environmental awareness sessions, civic education, and a dynamic summer camp focused on new skill acquisition.
