Mumbai, Maharashtra, 7th of February, 2026 : Abhishek Nama’s much-awaited pan-India mythological action drama Nagbandham has amped up excitement with the striking first look of one of its most crucial characters. Starring Veerath Karna in the lead, the film introduces Rishabh Sahni as the infamous Afghan Sultan Abdali—a character driven by cruelty, greed, and blind ambition. The first-look poster presents a chilling war canvas set against a snow-clad battlefield. Rishabh appears mid-charge, wielding a massive blood-soaked battle axe, his eyes reflecting raw rage and obsession. Behind him, a vast army advances with archers, warriors, war elephants, and a pack of wolves—together evoking an atmosphere of impending destruction.

Set in the 1750s, the film depicts Abdali’s brutal invasions of India and his merciless quest to seize the mysterious Nagbandham hidden in the Himalayas. Director Abhishek Nama praises Rishabh’s intense performance, saying he brings rare depth that makes history feel alive on screen.
