
Assam Rifles organized safe resettlement of IDPs at Jiribam Relief Camp to their homes in the area of Borobekra.


Assam Rifles organized safe resettlement of IDPs to include transportation and systematic and secure movement from Jiribam relief camp of 63 IDPs mostly Meiteis, which included 19 women; 44 children to their respective villages in the area of Borobekra. Provisions for essential supplies, water and refreshments were also made to ease out the process of resettlement.
The assistance provided by Assam Rifles underlines the efforts of fostering a positive outlook as communities take steps towards recovery and healing.
