With the initiative of the Bharatiya Janata Party of Majlishpur Mandal committee a joining programme has been organized here in Majlishpur on Monday (22nd August, 2022). As per the reports, quitting others parties total 860 indigenous voters from 363 families have come under the banner of Bharatiya Janata Party and determined to work for the BJP party ahead. Hon’ble Information & Cultural Affairs, Sports, PWD (DWS) Minister Sushanta Chowdhury has accepted these new intruders with warm welcome. Among the distinguished leaders Janjati Morcha President Bikash Debbarma, Majlishpur Mandal President Gauranga Bhowmik and many others remained present in the joining programme.
