Felicitation Cum Orientation Training Program Conducted.

Amarpur, 14th of September 2025 : The Tipra Engineers’ Society of Tripura (TEST) has organized Felicitation cum orientation training program to the newly recruited Junior Engineers, TES Grade -V (A), Grade- V(B) (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical) under PWD & celebration of Engincers’ Day on 14th September, 2025 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the legendary Engineer Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvevaraya here in Dasarath Bhawan in Agartala.

On this occasion a large number of special dignitaries from different sectors have assembled here in the programme venue and took participation in the event. The Engineers’ Day celebration has been commenced with sports activities like Friendly Football match at Umakanta Football Stadium and Badminton and Table Tennis Competition at NRCC Hall, Netaji Sports Complex on 13th September, 2025. In presence of many distinguished participants Mr. Animesh Debbarma, hon’ble minister, department of forest, G.A.(P&S),.science, technology & environment has inaugurated the felicitation cum orientation training program today.

On this special event Educational Sponsorship of TEST for the FY 2025-26 has been given to Marshal Debbarma, 1 Year students of NIT Agartala in Electronic & Communication Engg. stream & Jamen Babu Tripura, 1st Year Student of TIT, Narasinghar in Civil Engg. Branch by philanthropist minister Mr. Animesh Debbarma. In the orientation training program, Er. Sukesh Debbarma, General Manager, Electronic & Telecommunication, ONGC, has attended as Invited Speaker and the panel speakers were Er. Pijush Debbarma, EE, Er. Jiban Debbarma, SE, Er. Upendra Jamatia, IAS, Er. Jayanta Debbarma, SE, Er. Rajesh Reang, EE(M), Er. Ritesh Debbarma, EE. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Er. Amulya Jamatia. President of the TEST.
